At our Career Resource Center, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of formerly incarcerated individuals.
Our mission is to empower these individuals by providing them with comprehensive training, mentorship, and employment opportunities. We believe in the potential for everyone to succeed when given the right support and resources. By focusing on reducing recidivism, we aim to foster successful reintegration into society, enhancing community safety and well-being.

Services
In addition to job coaching and other employment services, Triumph Pathway Solution Inc. conducts outreach to businesses on your behalf and provides retention support for 18+ months after you obtain full-time employment.
Model
Triumph Pathway Solution Inc. is dedicated to reducing recidivism and increasing employment. We provide individuals returning from prison by, skills training, and ongoing career support. To offer work experience, Triumph Pathway Solution Inc. operates transitional work crews that provide supplemental indoor/outdoor maintenance and neighborhood beautification services to numerous customers across the U.S. Triumph Pathway Solution Inc. guarantees every participant who completes a brief paid orientation up to four days a week of transitional work on a crew and daily pay – a critical asset during an important time. In addition to work and daily pay, Triumph Pathway Solution Inc. provides a robust set of wraparound vocational support services: on days participants are not working, they receive job coaching to find full-time employment. Once participants secure full-time positions, Triumph Pathway Solution Inc. continues working with them for a year to ensure they have the support they need to grow in their careers.
